1. Who We Are

We are Maciej Kuzianik, a company with registration number 6772389219, and with registered address at Filtrowa 6b/53, 30-148 Kraków, Poland, Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as the Data Controller for our game and website.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, share, or sell any personal data. We do not use registration forms, cookies, tracking pixels, or email newsletters. Our game is a strictly offline, single-player experience with no multiplayer or online communication features.

3. Data Processed via Xbox and Steam

We do not run game servers. However, the store platforms require automated technical processing to make the game function:

  • Xbox Network: Microsoft handles your Xbox Gamertag and Xbox User ID (XUID) locally to verify game ownership and manage your single-player cloud saves and achievements. Review the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

  • Steam: Valve processes your Steam ID to authorize ownership. Game saves and achievements interact directly with Steamworks APIs. Review the Steam Privacy Policy.

  • Our Access: We have access to platform developer dashboards. We can view aggregated, anonymous statistics (like total sales and active player counts) and technical crash logs to help us fix bugs. These crash logs may occasionally include a Steam ID or Xbox User ID (XUID). We do not use these IDs to track you, and we never see your billing info, real name, or email.

4. Data Processed via Hostinger Website

Our website is completely static and informational. We do not use social media widgets or custom tracking. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, automatically generates standard server logs for network security. This logs technical data like your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit to prevent cyberattacks. Review the Hostinger Privacy Policy.

5. Legal Disclosures and Business Transfers

We may disclose your processed technical data (such as server logs or platform IDs) if required by law, courts, or government bodies to prevent crime or defend our legal rights. If our studio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, this technical data may be transferred to the new owner to ensure the continuity of the game.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not independently collect or request any personal data, so we do not knowingly process data from children under 16. If we discover we accidentally received any information from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold, or ask us to delete or restrict it. Contact us via the email below to exercise these rights.

8. Right to Complain

If you believe our technical platforms handle your data incorrectly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO) at uodo.gov.pl.
